Coaching Process:


For all coaching options we follow a similar process.

We will always first have a 15 minute introductory session to assess what you would like to achieve through coaching, whether coaching is for you and whether you feel comfortable with me as your coach. It is therefore useful if you could come prepared in terms of knowing what you would like to achieve. When you contact me for an introductory session, I will also ask you some questions or mail them to you to answer, if you prefer.

We then tailor a coaching program especially for you with some great milestones so that you and your company (where applicable) can see some tangible results.

Coaching Process
   
  1: Assessment:  
 
  • Various personal and team assessment tools are available and might be recommended based on your unique situation.
  • Gather information about your objectives, dreams and expectations around coaching. (What do you want to achieve?)
  • Together we will, develop very specific goals and measurable results.
 
  2: Customization:  
 
  • Design a coaching plan with you.
  • Set very clear milestones and action steps.
  • Assignments - more of the best of you or your team more of the time.
 
  3: Coaching Conversations:  
 
  • Face-to-face, telephone, online and Skype sessions of 15min - 1 hour each - We will have some very interesting and empowering conversations.
  • Assignments, milestone check-ins, results & quality control.
  • You will also receive tools and training on how to apply them.
 
  4: Final Review:  
 
  • I will monitor impact by asking your feedback and referring back to the agreed measurable results.
  • We will celebrate your success.
  • We will look ahead to the future (define new goals where appropriate)
  • I will follow up with you for six months to ensure long term results.
